Hot and Fast BBQ is truly a unique business. There are lots of places to eat BBQ, but Hot and Fast is BBQ. We hand make our own sauces and rubs, travel the competitve BBQ circuit, provide fresh never reheated catering, and constantly strive for barbecue perfection. We limit our catering orders to one per day, ensuring personalized service every time. We even hand make our own bar b cue pits to ensure we are cooking exactly how we want.
Let us share our BBQ enthusiasm and expertise with you by allowing us to cater award winning barbecue for your next event or by sampling our homemade rubs. We would love your business and look forward to hearing from you!
We are glad to support those in need in the Northwest Arkansas area. So far we have donated 175 meals through local food shelters in our community. We would be happy to prepare food free of charge if anyone would like to donate meat to be given to a local shelter.

One of the great things about BBQ is how different the same thing can taste depending on how it was prepared. Pecan will leave a subtle, nutty smoke flavor while mesquite wood gives a bolder smokey flavor.
The same is true for sauces/rubs. Beef and Chicken seem to do well with a bolder profile. Salt based seasonings and spicy or bold sauces make choices for those meats. Pork lends itself to a sweeter profile, so sugar based rubs and sauces make a great compliment to ribs or pulled pork.
Don't be afraid to make your own BBQ sauce. Starting with a cup of ketchup and a half cup of a flavorful liquid (cola, beer, vinegar, juice) makes a great barbecue sauce base with limitless possibilities.

Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tbls. brown sugar
1 tbls. bourbon
1 tbls. ketchup
1 tsp. red pepper flake
Mix ingredients. Let sit for several hours or overnight for flavors to combine.
