Do you like to grill out, but worry about making sure meats like chicken and pork are cooked thoroughly before feeding them to a crowd? Here is a great tip to give you peace of mind and your guest pieces of delicious, tender, and fully cooked meat.

When you are "finished" grilling put the meat (works great with cuts of chicken and pork chops) in a foil pan. Pour in a little tasty liquid (water would work but why not add something more delicious) like beer, cola, any sauce that is not too thick, or apple juice. Cover with foil and put the pan back on the grill. Let this cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. This will infuse moisture and allow steam to penetrate the meat, bringing any under cooked portions up to temperature. It will also make a nice holding pan if you aren't quite ready to serve it up. Let me know if this method worked for you by commenting below, and happy grilling!
